There are no reservations for private individuals and private groups. If you come with a group (>10 people), we ask you to inform us in advance by email (office@erlebniswelt-kahlenberg.at). If there is a large crowd, there may be waiting times.

For school classes, children's birthday parties and company events, please use our online form directly.

No. The forest rope park is a self-belay park. Before the climbing experience, you will receive training in which you will learn and practice our safety techniques. A trainer supervises this training. You then climb independently and on your own responsibility.

If you would like to climb with an experienced guide, please email the availability of a guide at least one week before your visit (office@erlebniswelt-kahlenberg.at).

In general, nothing stands in the way of a climbing experience in light rain or wind! Before you visit our website, please find out whether we are open (will be announced on the homepage).
If the weather is uncertain, we ask you to check our website beforehand to see whether the forest rope park is open. After that, no reservation or pre-registration is necessary. Just come by, fill out the participation form, start with the safety training and start your climbing experience!
No, only climbers pay admission. However, please note that children under the age of 14 must be actively (climbing) accompanied by an adult.

Children under the age of 14 must be actively (climbing) accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 16 who are not climbing with a legal guardian (but with friends etc.) absolutely need a declaration of consent from their parents. The forms for You can download it here.

The following supervision conditions must be observed:
Children 110cm to 130cm 1 child: 1 adult
Children 130cm to 150cm 3 children: 1 adult
Children 150cm up to 14 years 5 children: 1 adult

No, this is unfortunately not possible for security reasons. Only helmets and harnesses that have been tested and issued by us are used.

Fearful people can very slowly tackle different heights in the forest rope park, as the lowest exercises start at a height of 3.5m. There is also the option of booking a personal guide for € 75/hour (request in advance by email to office@erlebniswelt-kahlenberg.at).

This is what is known as a zip line. With the Flying Fox you slide downhill hanging on a steel cable using pulleys - a feeling as if you were flying!
Your health and that of our forest are important to us. Smoking is therefore strictly prohibited in the forest rope park.
No objects such as bags, rucksacks, jewellery, watches, mobile phones, cameras, etc. that pose a danger to yourself or (e.g. falling down) to others may be carried on the course.
There is no minimum age, but a minimum size of 110cm. The forest rope park is recommended for most children from the age of six.
No, the forest rope park is equally suitable for beginners and advanced.
Yes, the body weight must not exceed 120kg.
Yes, however dogs must be kept on a leash. However, a dog cannot climb with you, it has to wait for you on the ground.
