Information on process organization
- Binding online booking via our homepage (here you can see all available dates)
- Children's birthday package at an all-inclusive price of € 310 including admission, equipment and supervision (for approx. 2.5 hours of guided climbing) for max. 7 children with a minimum height of 130cm
- The package can only be booked as an all-inclusive package. If fewer than 7 children take part, the total package price must still be paid.
- If more than 7 children want to climb, there is the option for an adult to join the group with 3 other children (to be paid at the regular (admission) prices for the additional persons at the cash desk), the adult must climb with them.
- Payment is made on site at the cash desk (cash or card payment possible)
- Please arrive at the Waldseilparkhütte 15 minutes before the booked appointment
- The program lasts about 2.5 hours - it is not necessary for the parents to climb along, but it is possible.
- In order for the children to be allowed to climb without the parent/guardian, the parents' consent is required. Please fill in the form, HERE to find, and bring it signed and printed with you

- In the event of a weather-related closure of the park (e.g. storm, thunderstorm, heavy rain) - either free cancellation or alternative date depending on availability.
- Cancellation is possible without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- When making a reservation in the Josefinenhütte, please be sure to enter the total number of people online so that enough seats are reserved for you!
In the event of cancellation (consequence: closure of the park) on the part of the organizer, due to e.g. force majeure (storm), cancellation may be possible or an alternative date (postponement free of charge) can be agreed together.
Light rain on a manageable scale is not a reason for cancellation!
So the children are optimally equipped
- Sturdy, flat, closed-toe shoes (ballerinas, Crocs, flip-flops, etc. are not allowed!)
- Take rainproof, warm clothing with you, because you will continue climbing even when it rains
- Comfortable clothes (no skirts!)
- Please tie up long hair
